Redler elevators (Z elevators)

Redler elevators (Z elevators) collect, lift, and unload fresh, frozen and IQF produce at different heights. They connect process stages, with a lower loading section, an inclined section, and an upper unloading section.

The system drags and lifts the produce using polyethylene blades that slide on a fixed bed of electropolished stainless steel. It is designed and manufactured according to the required dimensions of the line.

The Redler / Z elevator is fully constructed in stainless steel AISI 304 and polyethylene. It includes a reinforced chain, self-tensioning system on the drive shaft, and cleaning divider. It can be manufactured with diagonal unloading and intermediate dividers to distribute product into different outputs.
