Lifting conveyors

JBT Marel lifting conveyors transport produce up or down to reach the next stage of fresh, frozen, and IQF, fruits and vegetable processing. A PVC or thermoplastic belt with blades carries produce up the inclined conveyor. They can include a lower horizontal section when product accumulation is required.

PVC lifting conveyors are typically used at the start of the line, when the product is still dirty. Thermoplastic modular belts are used for clean products, making the solution adaptable to different stages of the process.

Lifting conveyors are designed and manufactured to the required dimensions of the line. They can come with a bed of rods or rollers and traction from nylon sprockets or a rubber roller. The system can also include a water collection tray underneath to collect any product that may drop on return.
