Feeding and distribution vibrators

JBT Marel feeding and distribution vibrators are designed to spread product out, open it, and feed it continuously into the next machine. This helps create a uniform and even product flow, which is especially important before blanching machines, optical sorters, cutting machines, peeling machines, and similar downstream equipment.

The system can be configured to feed product in line or perpendicularly, with diagonal unloading onto the next machine. It can also be designed in a “Z” shape to adapt to the machine being fed.

Feeding and distribution vibrators are made from mesh or sheet, depending on the product being processed. They may include level changes to spread the product more effectively or use a flat tray. A draining area can be added if required. Resonance technology using carbon fiber leaf springs allows for greater widths and controlled acceleration.
