SensorX Optima is a compact in-line X-ray system that automatically detects bones and foreign material in poultry processing. It builds on the proven SensorX 301/302 platform with a smarter, more compact design. 

With optional Xpress capability delivering up to 20% higher throughput, it maintains the market-leading accuracy SensorX is known for. SensorX Optima can run 144 pieces per minute per lane while maintaining the ultimate detection accuracy. 

SensorX Optima combines a compact design and proven detection performance with the industry's lowest false positive rate at high speeds, setting a standard the competition cannot match.

Infeed Monitoring

Infeed Monitoring provides real-time monitoring of the infeed into a SensorX. The package includes monitoring software on the SensorX and light fixtures at the rework stations that signal infeed quality to operators and line managers.

• Instant feedback on the positioning quality of incoming product flow
• Measures spacing, pieces within the scan area, centralization on lanes, orientation of single breast fillets, and overlapping pieces
• A configurable quality category is assigned per lane based on the overall score
