The modular trimming and separation line separates, declusters, trims, and recirculates vegetables to ensure the highest quality product reaches IQF and other downstream processes.

The line described in the brochure includes a cluster separator, a declustering unit, a tip-cutting machine, and a non-tipped separator to recirculate products that were not properly cut.

The system is arranged in a cascading layout, with each machine discharging product into the next at a progressively lower height. This helps optimize factory space and supports smooth product transfer between process steps.

Machine dimensions are standardized across the line. Throughput is increased by adding parallel processing sets rather than resizing individual machines, ensuring predictable performance and scalability.

The modular design allows easy line modification and long‑term adaptability with minimal disruption to production.
