Waste removal system

The waste removal system removes vegetable waste and other by products from rejection points across the processing line using air suction for a clean, modern alternative to water-based waste handling. The pipes are installed at height, helping keep the processing area clear and easier to access.

The system is suitable for any product type; if waste is large in size, a chopper grinder is installed before each collection point to reduce waste size for effective handling. The container filling system allows one filled container to be removed while another is being filled, without product falling to the ground.

The system can include several collection points, a liquid ring vacuum pump or turbine, connecting pipes, a cyclonic decelerating siphon, and a container filling worm drive.

System configurations vary depending on plant layout, number of rejection points, and waste volume.
